IMPORTANT INFORMATION
YOU ARE REGISTERED FOR PHOTOS
The first step is now complete with you registering your athlete for action photos! During the registration process we captured your name, email and cellphone number. We do this so we can create an account for you and upload your photos to it. We will primarily be contacting you via text so please make sure we have your correct number. If you need to update this please email faith@faithrandpotography.com or text (478) 273-0930.
Do you have friends or teammates who also want photos on the same day? Let them know I will be there! I will be happy to take photographs of other players who also pre-register. Please note, there are a limited amount of and they fill fast! So, let them know to pre-register before the game!
As a token of appreciation, you’ll receive a $5 coupon for each paid referral who mentions you on their registration form.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Before the game we will meet up and I will give your player a rubber band* to place on their shoe. This band helps me identify quickly who your player is.
I’ll tell you a quick story, as a Mom you would think I certainly know my own kids right? Wrong, this past season both of my kids had teammates who looked identical to them from a distance! As a mom I got my own kids confused! So, as your paid photographer I don’t want to leave anything up to chance! That rubber band will help guarantee your investment!
* Some leagues and officials do not allow bands placed on players. If this is the case, rest assured I will still be able to capture amazing photographs of your player.
NOW IT’S TIME TO PLAY BALL!
Now that you have registered please sit back and enjoy the game! It is up to me to capture some amazing action photos of your athlete during the game. Please note, in addition to your athlete being photographed we may have several other athletes that registered too. Our process is to only photograph those athletes who registered for photos. Though we do not take random photos there may be some athletes who are involved in action and end up in the photos.
I cannot control the amount of time each player gets on the field. I will do my best to get as many quality photos as I can. You can expect a variety of types of photos to include close up portrait style and action photos. I expect to be able to deliver a minimum of 10-15 photographs.
YOUR PHOTOS DELIVERED
Once the game is finished I will be uploading all the high-resolution digital photos to an online gallery where you will be able to share, download and print them. Please allow up 24-48 hours to edit and upload. When the photos are available I will send you a text and email a link to view and enjoy them. In your gallery you will see all the photos that were captured at the one game, which may have photos of other players that also registered. Simply keep the ones you want. It’s really simple.
As an additional service, you can order photographic products directly from your gallery. Order for yourself or gifts for distant relatives. Purchase of additional products is not required and is completely optional.
